Designed by Randell Design Group, this modern beachfront home combines traditional coastal details with contemporary eco-design. The ‘upside-down’ layout positions the main living spaces and generous balconies on the upper floor to maximise uninterrupted sea views and natural light through vaulted ceilings.
Built to withstand its exposed seafront setting, the home features treated Thermopine shiplap timber, Welsh slate roofing with flush solar PV panels, an air source heat pump, and extensive reclaimed materials—including decking repurposed from Brighton Pier. A wildflower sedum green roof and bespoke oak sea terrace blend seamlessly into the coastal environment.
