Built with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs)
At the heart of the home’s impressive sustainability credentials is its Structural Insulated Panel (SIPs) super-structure. Precision-engineered for maximum thermal efficiency and exceptional airtightness, the SIPs build method drastically reduces carbon footprint and ongoing energy demand.
To complement the high-performance frame, WSCB integrated low profile solar PV array into the standing-seam roof line, creating an energy-efficient, future-proof home.
