Situated in West Wittering, West Sussex, this contemporary beachfront home combines traditional coastal materials with modern architecture. Built with bespoke knapped flint stone masonry, timber cladding, and a standing-seam zinc roof, the structure features expansive floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors and an upper-level balcony framed by a seamless glass balustrade. West Sussex Carpentry & Building (WSCB) delivered complete project management and high-end craftsmanship throughout, integrating precision joinery, custom stone masonry, and dark metal accents to handle the demands of a complex coastal build.
The grounds are engineered for outdoor living, featuring multi-tiered sandstone terraces, composite wood decking, and a flush infinity-edge pool facing the coastline. WSCB managed the full external scope, including a sunken courtyard with agave planting, an outdoor kitchen with a built-in stone fireplace, and restored brick-and-flint boundary walls. The result is a durable, high-specification beachfront residence executed to exact standards from structural build to fine finish.
